It is currently not possible to build a 64-bit swish-e binary on
Windows. The only person to ever get a successful 64-bit windows
build didn't contribute source patches back to us.
Last I looked, some data structures needed to be altered for Windows
64-bit support. The main index worked I think but the properties file
causes a stack overflow or similar.
