[swish-e] calling a conf file via http

Hello,
When triggering the Swish-e spider, I'm wondering if it's possible to call
the conf file via http. For example, something like this:

./swish-e -c 'http://www.domain.com/swishconf.php' -S http

I'm developing a site that's been setup so PHP files can use certain global
variables (including domain, root path, etc.) specific to environment. I'd
like to utilize these vars for the Swish-e config, but it means it has to be
rendered using PHP and be called via http. Is there any way to do this?

Thanks,

Nick
