Agreed, it wasn't specifically a Swish-e question but I was working from
info found within this forum.
Yes, it is Perl from ActiveState.
Following your suggested linkage has provided me with another way to
install Template-Toolkit -- now successfully done, and done the way I
really wanted to, ie NOT using a DOS window.
