I wanted to draw folks attention to a 'state of the project' update I just

In particular, I'd like to formally announce that Swish-e 2.6 and 3.0
development is underway, and to solicit feedback for the 3.0 API changes. If you
are at all interested in Swish-e 3.0 development, please take a peek at the dev
wiki at:

I'm particularly interested in comments about the configuration API, as I am
getting ready to spend some time getting the code in line with the documentation.
