I am new to SWICH-E

I am running under windows XP.
I installed the window's version (the latest .exe)
When looking to ALL Programs there is an entry to SWISH-E, but all I see is:
Perl Resources (which seperates into) CPAN PERL Modules      and
                                                   Install Active Perl
Browse Files
Documentation
License
Website

I installed Active Perl 5.8.8. build 820 , but nothing changed. I reinstaeed 
SWISH-E, but again nothing changed.

What am I doing wrong?
