SWISH-E Won't run from Cron?

I'm running SWiSH-E as such from cron:

0 0 * * * /usr/bin/swish-e -c /var/www/eaf1.conf -f /var/www/eaf1.index

When I check in the morning the index file is not modified, nor do I get 
an email with any output.  I tried setting my PATH to "/bin:/usr/bin" 
and running the command from the console, and it works fine.

Any ideas what's going on?
