Oh, that's not good. That typically means a mismatch in encodings.
Or more specifically DirTree.pl is reporting a different length of
the file than swish-e is reading. DirTree.pl is reporting that the
file is N bytes long in the data stream, but when swish-e reads in
thos N bytes it's not at a point in the stream where it should be.
Are you running an old version of Perl?
