try:

    swish-filter-test -verbose foo

not a nice need list, but works.  I suppose you could do:

$ swish-filter-test -verbose foo 2>&1 | egrep '(Loading|not loaded)'
>> Loading filter: [SWISH/Filters/Doc2txt.pm]
>> Loading filter: [SWISH/Filters/Doc2html.pm]
>> Loading filter: [SWISH/Filters/ID3toHTML.pm]
>> Loading filter: [SWISH/Filters/XLtoHTML.pm]
>> Loading filter: [SWISH/Filters/pp2html.pm]
:-( Filter [SWISH/Filters/pp2html.pm] not loaded
