Is it possible (preferably using SWISH::API) to get a listing of every
word that is in an index? I'm attempting to write a sort of 'suggest'
mechanism that will suggest words to the searcher as they are typing in
the search field. By default I'd like it to suggest words that it knows
are in the index.
