Sorry, I've been a bit lax about keeping that running.  The whole
compiler arrangement for Windows is sorta held together with bits of
duct tape and chewing gum.  ;-)  One little piece changes and everything
(except the script that deletes the old builds) fails.  Looks like the
part that builds the perl module under wine is failing again.
