I'll try that and let you know.

The CPU is an AMD Operton, so you're right about being able to run
32-bit code.  Do you happen to know how I would compile a 32-bit
Swish-e on my 64-bit system?  I guess I could copy the binaries from
my 32-bit systems if that's not easy to do.
