Entity not defined?

when I indexing an XML file with "ParserWarnLevel 9" I see this error,

G0000010/G0000010444.xml.bz2:189: error: Entity 'apos' not defined
l&apos;organo comunitario di giustizia in occasione della causa promossa



where i need to define (?) apos  or other entity?
