A few people have noted that the index file size is larger
when moving from 2.4.2 to 2.4.3.

To improve search speed the use of zlib for compressing data
in the index was disabled.  Compression can be re-enabled by
setting in your config:

    CompressPositions YES

This was inadvertently left out of the 2.4.3 docs.

A quick test of my /usr/share/doc (3,273 files):

2.4.2 = 12,371,747
2.4.3 = 15,973,144
2.4.3 = 12,563,644 with CompressPositions YES
