I am doing some debugging and wonder if anyone knows some magic for 
diff'ing two swish index files. 'diff' obviously (or not?) won't work 
since the files aren't text. dumping data with -T index_all is a bit 
much for my diff command to handle.

my two indexes in question are 13 bytes different, and I just want to 
figure out which 13 bytes...
