swish::api on windows

Can you help me get SWISH::API to work on Windows?

I have installed ActiveState Perl version 5.8.4 build 810 on my Windows
computer. It resides in c:\Perl. I have installed swish-e for Windows
(version 2.4.2) on the same machine in c:\swish-e. I have written a
Perl CGI script that works just fine on Linux. When I try to run the
script from the command line on Windows Perl complains:

   Can't locate SWISH/ in @INC (@INC contains: C:/Perl/lib
   C:/Perl/site/lib .) at ead.cgi line 25.
   BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ead.cgi line 25.

Alas, SWISH/ is located in c:\Perl\lib\auto.

What can I do to resolve this problem?
