I run 2.2.3 (latest Windows release ?) and set the cgi/perl script to 
comment to user that 'of' was ignored - the search works fine but would 
return 'Duke Atholl' and 'Duke of Atholl' as same (in my case no problem) - 
I have my own small common list and don't find the penalty on a 10,000 page 
site too bad.
