Didn't someone post a filter for powerpoint once?

Anyway, google or if you are lucky:

moseley@mardy:~$ apt-cache search powerpoint
ppthtml - A program for converting Microsoft Power Point Files .ppt
wv - Convert and preview Microsoft Word documents.

So looks like there's tools available.
