Yes, I know about that problem.  The highlighting code that knows about 
stemming only uses the porter stemmer.  That's the only stemmer that 
I've made available to Perl.  It's not a small project because it would 
be a redesign of all the stemming code to make it into a separate 
library.

It's on my list.
