Considering Perl is 5.8 now, upgrading perl would be a good idea.  But 
you can also just upgrade CGI.pm, although I'm not sure if a newer 
CGI.pm would require upgrading perl.  I doubt it -- I'm running this 
2.74 on a machine with perl 5.00503
