i am trying to index a large group of XML files, but a few files 
generate a 'undefined entity' and are not entered into the index.  is 
there something wrong with my XML?  what does this error mean?  i 
haven't been able to find it mentioned anywhere in the swish docs or the 
swish discussion boards.
