would like to be able to show creation date of index files - catch is want 
to run same perl script under Windows (for home testing) and Linux 
(commercial site).
If -Hx flag returned info (and didn't shout if no -w flag) then could also 
check index file compatible with current version (I assume that 2.4 will 
change index file format ?)
Any chance of a windows 2.4 version  in near future ?
