Problems with DEFAULT_RULE

	Hi:

	I'm attempting to define "or" as my default searching rule. So I've 
changed DEFAULT_RULE to OR_RULE in the config.h file.
	I've compiled swish-e again, but the default rule still is "and". What's 
wrong?
