Something must be causing the browser to send a malformed request.  What
constitutes a malformed request is a whole other matter...


Try changing this:
  $strSelf = "http://www.lowconet.com/searchNew/search.php/";

To this:
  $strSelf = "http://www.lowconet.com/searchNew/search.php";
