No.  As Jose said there's some experimental code to *add* files to an index 
but nothing to replace a file.

Swish-e may not be best for a very large set of files that are changing
often.  But, swish-e is so fast at indexing that you may find reindexing all
your docs to be enough.  All depends on your situation.
