Yeah, I had read through that all ready. I even tried putting in the full
path for the SpiderDirectory, and it still didn't work. So, I just copied
the file into the prog-bin and I didn't get that error any more. 

But, when I try to index now, I get this:
$ swish-e -S http -c swish.config
Indexing Data Source: "HTTP-Crawler"
Indexing "http://oshkoshpubliclibrary.org"
retrieving http://oshkoshpubliclibrary.org (0)...

Removing very common words...
no words removed.
Writing main index...
err: No unique words indexed!

I just know there's got to be something simple I'm missing here.
