The SWISH-E daily Windows builds aren't being packaged at the moment.  A
security update has broken WINE on my machines.  I've been told that
there should be a downgrade patch which fixes both WINE and the security
problems within a few days.  The Win32 builds should start working as
soon as that update is available.

If anyone has a desperate need for a recent Windows development build
then let me know.  I can make a zip file available.  I may do that
anyway just in case this becomes a problem in the future.
