Javascript showing up in output

From: John Almberg <jalmberg(at)>

I've got some Javascript showing up in the search results. The results
look like this:

"... platform == 'Windows') && (browser == 'IE')) { document.write(' ');
} // -- Welcome to the Smithtown
Gospel Tabernacle website. I am Gary Zarlengo, the ... questions, you
have come to the right place."

The Javascript and the text are actually far apart in the code. There
are lots of intervening tags (mainly images) in between:

if((platform == 'Windows') && (browser == 'IE')) {
  document.write('<input type="text" name="query" size="10" maxlength="100">');

// -->
</script><noscript><input type="text" name="query" size="8" maxlength="100"></noscript></form></td>

<!-- go -->
<td colspan=2><img src="/images/go_1.gif" alt="Go" width=40 height=32 border="0"></td>
<td rowspan=2><img src="/images/sgt_06.gif" alt="" width=27 height=54></td>

<strong>Welcome to the Smithtown Gospel Tabernacle website.</strong> I am Gary Zarlengo, the Senior Pastor of SGT, and on behalf of our entire church family, may you experience God's love and clear direction for your life. If you're looking for a place to belong or have been searching for answers to life's questions, you have come to the right place.

Any ideas on why this is happening? Any way to stop it?
