Elementary, Watson: Use Perl ;)

Set up a mail alias (procmail, /etc/aliases, .forward or the like) to
forward the mail to a perl script, which uses MIME::Parser.pm to parse the
Mail, SWISHE.pm to perform the search, and MIME::Lite.pm to send back
the results. Should be pretty straightforward.
