Maybe I don't follow....

How do I set my ReplaceRules so that when the db is searched on www it
gets back http://www links and when searched on wwwbuild it gets back
http://wwwbuild links?

If the replacement is done prior to indexing, I would think that the
links are set-in-stone, are they not?  So the db would contain one of
http://www or http://wwwbuild, and would only behave correctly on one
machine.

Am I wrong?
