under "Notes" it says

but the Windoze 2.2 release isn't a previous version,
is mentioned under "Windows Versions", but unlike under
"Notes" the file name isn't a link.

Trying to help by proofreading - with the new release,
I assume a lot of people will be visiting these pages.
