It sounds like your indexing the file system, you might want to spider the
site instead so the pages being parsed appear the same to swish-e as they do
when viewed in the browser.

Hello:

We have installed Swish-E index on our server. Now the issue is while
indexing all the files its indexing the PHP codes also in the phtml files.
All the pages has got some PHP codes. So how can we avoid these codes while
creating the index. Please help me.
