Yes, swish should be more robust. I think Jose is looking into making the
coalesce buffer dynamic. But, I believe the only time people have seen
that error is when they are trying to index binary data, or perhaps very
large files with many words (such as your SPSS file). Therefore, maybe it
would be better to leave it as a fixed settings and just issue a warning
about the file and continue running.
