Are you using 

   <meta name="foo" content="some content"> 

or

   <foo>some content</foo>

The second one only works for HTML2.  If the first, then can you send me in
separate email a test doc, a sample config and the command you are using to
run it?  Then I can try to fix.

Oh, the other bug with StoreDescription is fixed in CVS now -- will be a
tarball in about 13 hours from now...
