That means perl couldn't find the loadable object SWISHE in any of the
directories listed.

So I assume you are using some CGI script that uses the SWISHE.pm perl
interface to swish-e.  Did you build the perl module?  If so, then you need
to either "make install" the module into the system libraries, or install
it to some local library and use "use lib" to tell perl where to look for
the module.
