I'm trying to index a directory on Windows 2000 using the following

swish-e -c families.config

I keep getting the following error:
In dir "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\families\":

Warning: Failed to open dir 'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\families\' :No such file
or directory

The directory does exist - I am lost as to what the problem is - if
anyone has any pointers they'd be greatly appreciated.

Thanks - Una
The config file is:
