I am trying to use an HTML file name to prepend to my search results, but 
my filename keeps appearing as a title on the page and does not prepend my 
HTML file.  See code from config file below.  What am I doing wrong?

PageTitle 
/u02/app/www/dev.merrilldirect.com/htdocs/marketing/searchresults.htm
# If this is a string, it will be a title only.
# If it specifies an HTML file, this file will be prepended to wwwwais 
results.
