There was a trick under 1.3 where one could search with:

      not skakalaslkuionlnw

where "skakalaslkuionlnw" was not in the index and Swish would return every
record.  I'm not sure I'd call that a feature, but it is a potential DOS
attack on large indexes.

I'm sure this was discussed before, but was this removed from the 2.x
versions on purpose or is it a side effect of some other change?
