Port of SWISH-E 2.1.4 on OpenVMS

Hi,

first congratulations to the authors for this very useful tool.

I have successfully port version 2.1.4 on OpenVMS.

I would like to know if it is possible to integrate my modifications and
the supplementary files into the mainstream ?
