You have found a small bug in the parser when using not with 
parenthesys.

You are rigth. But if you try (without parenthesys)

swish-e -w 'title=money not title=world not title=energy'  

It may work.

This bug affects 2.03 and 2.1.x

I will fix it ASAP.
