 From your todo list I really like 3 - list all words in an index file.
Would it be possible to postprocess an index file to get a 
crossreference kind of list with "What's related?".

For me development is a bit on the backburner since the birth of my daughter
Brita, I shall return however with an improved Lookup, starting with 
a stable 2.x.
