This update just fixes a bug reported by Tim 
(Dudgeon@britbio.co.uk) in a previous post.

The bug affects two HTTP directives:
TmpDir
SpiderDirectory

It is a minor update.
So, if you use FS or HTTP without changing the default values of 
TmpDir and SpiderDirectory there is no need to upgrade.
Now, the code also checks for the existence of both directories.
