Hi all,

I have finally included some of the work of Bas 
in swish-e-2.0.  This work included a configure
script to make the build of swish-e easier.

The source code is almost identical to beta4.
There is only a small modification for building
swish-search (search only executable).

Now, to build swish-e you just need to type:
./configure
make

The tests have been improved. Now, metaname
and phrase search are also tested.

I have also updated README-SWISH-E and included
swish-e.txt file in doc directory.

BTW, I have removed the word "beta" from the name 
of the package. IMO is quite stable now.
