Most or all of the Perl Scripts should work under NT with no
modification.  I know that search-cgi.pl works on NT (I've used it),
and, I seem to remember someone using JSWISHI on NT.  Also, My PHP
script works under Windows (PHP 3&4).  

Perl and PHP/4 <http://www.php.net/> are both available as MS-IIS server
modules.  ActivePerl is bundled with recent versions of Windows NT.
