Is /usr/bin/perl really the standard path for perl?
IMO it's /usr/local/bin/perl, because perl is not part
of a standard unix distribution (except LINUX).

I also changed the #! to /usr/bin/perl since that is a standard location
for the PERL binary. The reference in the distribution is SPARC
specific.
