No problem ;-)  The end result is worth a few bugs and time.  Some of
the best improvements in SWISH-E have come from bug hunting.  Sifting
through old code line by line is helpful sometimes.

I figured it wasn't finished.  That was the only conclusion which made
sense.

I found all of the instances where the changes where made.  The comments
were very helpful in finding the problem.  I went straight to the config
parser and saw your comments once I had discovered that IndexOnly was
the problem.
