PHRASE SEARCH Fixed bug in swish-e-1.3.2-PHRASEg

Hi all

swish-e-1.3.2-PHRASEg has a silly stupid bug. It tries to
sort results even if there was no results in search. In this
condition, the sort routine calls emalloc with a size of 0!!

Please, upgrade to swish-e-1.3.2-PHRASEh

No need to reindex your data.
