There are currently MSVC 5 builds of the 1.3.2 and 1.3.1 releases.  I
just upgraded to MSVC 6, so I might rebuild sometime.  I have some
provided some beta-quality source that will compile with GCC 2.95
(MinGW32, not CygWin32) on Windows.
