Hi everyone,

I'd like to know if there is any problem indexing or searching for 
foreign languages, especially those that use the upper 128 values 
of a byte to convey the unique characters in the language. This would 
cover western European languages and those that substitute in the 
upper values, such as Thai.

If anyone has experience with this, I'd love to hear it.
