Working engine using meta-tags

I am looking for a site that one can search using meta tags as well as
the simple keyword or phrase. I am trying to see if SWISH-E would be of
use at our University to search the meta tags on our web pages.
The only one I've found so far is KidsClick!
Are there any URLs anyone can supply me?
