Hi,

a few days ago, I asked about FileRules and excluding files NOT containing
a certain substring... SWISH++ was no real help, so I decided to extend
SWISH-E itself which proved to be a matter of minutes to do. I wonder if
it wouldn't be useful to implement "contains not", "is not", etc. for
FileRules for the distribution?
